We all create images. Some of them stick, they’re memories. Others faint over time. To help us remember we take pictures. We do so since the end of the 18th century. Nowadays we take millions and millions of pics a day. With our smartphone or with the most sophisticated camera’s.
So, are we all photographers? In a way we are. But like not every writer is an author and not every cook is a chef there is a distinction. Photographers try to show the world in a different light. And that is exactly what I try to do. No matter whether I’m paid (the assignments) or just having a great time shooting.
Photography, like all forms of art, is a state of mind. For the creator and for the viewer. May I invite you to slow down for a moment and experience whatever my pictures do to you?
Thank you for your time and interest,
Frank
